The Army’s Career Skills Program (C.S.P.), in partnership with Trane/American Standard and RightTek HVAC Training, LLC, offers high-quality residential HVAC training specifically for Soldiers within 6 months of separation. This bootcamp-style program is designed to take Soldiers with no prior HVAC experience and transform them into entry-level technicians proficient in both installation and service.

With a strong emphasis on real-life, hands-on training, this program aims to build your confidence and capabilities, preparing you to excel in your new role. After graduating, you will be placed with a Trane or American Standard dealer in your hometown or with participating dealers nationwide.

Over the course of the 8-week program, you will earn your EPA (608) Refrigerant and NATE “Ready to Work” certifications, providing you with the credentials needed to succeed in the HVAC industry.
