The Trade Warriors program is designed to provide you with the best hands-on HVAC training and connect you with reputable Trane and American Standard dealers nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that your transition from military service to a civilian career is as smooth and successful as possible.
This 8-week HVAC training program is tailored for active-duty servicemen and servicewomen who are within 6 months of separation from the service, as well as current veterans. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the skills needed to excel as an HVAC service technician or service installer and will be matched with a qualifying Trane or American Standard dealer.
